Vintage 1960s long mod cocktail, evening or party dress made of great quality mixed fabrics of soft & supple black velvet, and glossy striped satin in black & off-white. Maxi length, sleeveless construction, fitted bodice with surplice V-neck, lightly flared column skirt with rear slit, wide waistband with fantastic sparkling rhinestone buckle, and rear zipper closure.
