Fabric is a soft velour flexible cord in two shades of pink topped with a delicate pink veiling and a small velvet bow in the center.
Interior is a stiff net base.
Excellent condition with no issues.
Inner circumference is 20 inches. Sides rise 2 1/2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 12 inches.
