60s Julie Miller Green Colorful Floral Sleeveless Zip Dress & Blouse Small

There are a few holes on the top chiffon layer on the skirt that covers the floral layer. There are also some tears in the chiffon layer under the arms as shown. Overall nice wearable condition. Dress comes in two pieces. The bottom skirt piece is attached to a plain sleeveless top and the blouse goes on top making it look like a singular piece
