Beautiful and bright, this seems to be a pinkish-red hat with a fuchsia netting attached. I found one quarter sized hole in the netting, and I am sure that is easily fixed with a stitch or two. Feathers are NOT falling out, so glue is not dried up, like in some vintage feather hats. It is probably by "Valerie", as it came with two other "Valerie" feather hats. Only the union label remains, so made in the good ol' USA! It comes with a black hat pin, woman's greatest defense weapon! The interior is a padded red satin , VERY clean! The hat measures 20" around the inside, and is 7. 5 inches from side to side. The hat measures 2" high ( band width) . Great for Easter or a wedding! Perfect for period plays, TV, etc.
