Vintage parrot folk art, handcrafted and rare wall hanging. This wonderful piece is wood with colored chips, that look like glass or gravel art. The head, tail and perch are all green. The beak, wing, tail and feet are orange and the body is yellow. There also is a light purple. It is surrounded by some kind of rope. There is a nail in the back for hanging. Very unique piece of workmanship.

This is an amazing rare piece that was lovingly handcrafted in the 60s. There is a name on back. It stands 9" tall and 9" wide. I haven't seen anything else like it. Great conversation piece and wonderful example of folk art. There are some chips missing but I don't think they get in the way of how wonderful this piece is (see photos for condition).
