Body is a mass of florals and greenery with a large moss green velvet bow at the front crown area.
Interior is a sheer lightweight netting and velvet covered wires to hold the form.

Label is Norman-Paulin.

As for the condition, the flowers show a great deal of wear. Some of the petals do have small holes and ragged edges.

Inner circumference is 23 inches but due to the wiring it is very flexible. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 inches.
