This is a Lovely Circa 60's Psychedelic Floral Dress by Carol Craig. It has a Scoop Neck and Long Sleeves. The Sleeves and the Hem have Ruffles. The Colors are so Pretty in: Orange, Brown, Green, Yellow, and Pale Pink.
