When textured stockings came out in the early 60s, they were considered a wonder. The textures were very subtle when they first came out (they got crazier every year after that!) just like these. Color is dark gray. Most sought-after because these are not only a dark color but they are flat knit stockings, not mesh or stretch mesh. Textured! From right around 1963. They have reinforced toe and sandal heel. Unused, flawless. Stated size is 9 1/2" (medium)
