Fully lined, quilted and patterned cotton helps hold the shape of the dress. We love the adorable ruffled low neckline, elastic ruffled sheer sleeves and the fitted and zippered bodice. Someone really enjoyed wearing her because there's slight wear along the back zipper that we fixed.
