This designer dress is from the 60's by Mollie Parnis Boutique NY. Excellent condition! Made of a thick, soft, textured cotton. Beautiful bold, bright, mod floral and paisley pattern. Empire waist with green grossgrain trim. Puffy short sleeves. Zips up the back. Absolutely adorable. Best fit would be a Small, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
