Oh, my! one gorgeous, feminine lace dress suit, as only Ceil Chapman could have done. So many lovely little details; that romantic ecru lace, those large lace buttons, partially sheer silk chiffon bodice with a cowl neckline, gathered silk waistband and classic sheath cut skirt... so dreamy! This piece dates toward the end of the her designing career, when she designed under the Miss Winston label. Both dress and blazer are backed in silk, and dress fastens in back with a metal zipper.

Professionally dry-cleaned and ready to wear!

Has a few small signs of wear that detract very little from the dress. There was a series of pin-sized rust colored spots on the front of the blazer, but they are nearly non-existent and almost impossible to find after cleaning. There is one very small rust colored spot on the back right shoulder. Some wear to chiffon right at hook and eyelet closure.
