A cotton knit diaper shirt from the 60's. The Penny's Toddletime shirt is white with blue smocking at the neckline and stitching at the hem and cuffs. It has a single snap closure covered with a blue satin ribbon. The tag indicates it will fit up to 18 lbs. It measures 18" around the chest, the armhole depth is 4" and the length is 9".
