This is just a darling cornflower blue cotton wiggle dress. The dress is sleeveless and has a crew neckline. The dress is simple and is fitted until the hips. Just below the natural waist, the dress has 3 rows of lovely white decorative circular embroidery, it also has wonderful eyelet. Under each row is fun-tatted lace with a fringy edge that hangs off the skirt just a bit, adding dimension to the dress. The skirt is fitted over the hips and then hangs straight till just past the knees. The dress has a metal zipper up the back with a hook and eye at the top.
