Chenille floral belt by Schaffer with vinyl backing, probably 1960s or 70s. The colors are pretty vibrant and the belt presents well, but the vinyl backing is cracked in a few places. Hole grommets are strong and brass tone buckle is in good shape.

Measures about 27-31, so best for waist sizes 25-29.
