Be an Edgy Retro-Lover in this early 60s vintage short cocktail dress with bubble skirt. It's one of a kind now because it's upcycled vintage. It was full length and there was fading down at the hem, so skirt was doubled under and hem was sewn to the waist, creating a bubble skirt. A most unusual neckline! It's kind of a "boat cowl neck". No labels. Black crepe bodice, full flare skirt is twill, like a scarf, most likely acetate. Long back metal zipper, no belt loops or belt, but adding one would be fun. CONDITION: The metal zipper will go down to about an inch away from bottom end. Some fabric snag in there (shown), but the zipper is very long so you won't have any trouble getting into it!
