Fabric is a lightweight cotton blend that feels like it might be perma press. Shades of browns make up the horizontal plaid.

Set-in waist with matching narrow belt.

Buttons completely up the front.

Left bodice side holds a small flap pocket and the right hip side holds a large one.

Sleeves are short with open pleats and a small button.

Skirt is flared and crafted in panels.

Excellent condition with only one issue. There is a seam break on the waist under the belt. It has been handstitched back but probably needs a few more stitches. I have photographed this area closely. Otherwise it looks like it was never worn.
