1960s light blue white and blue ribbon and sequin blouse. This large, xl cap sleeveless pebbled cotton top has a white and bunched blue ribbon design all over the front and topped with white sequins. The design continues around the back collar. There is back zipper. It has a boxy shape

It has the union label that dates back to the mid 60s. It would look great under a jacket or on its own. It can be worn dressy or casual.
