Vintage 60s little party dress in a striking shade of sapphire blue. Roses are splashed across the backdrop in shades of blue-gray, deep midnight blue, white & two shades of green. Full skirt which is lined for stiffness for that "bubble" effect (this lining could easily be removed for a more relaxed feel but we do not like to alter original items for historic reasons). There is an additional lining of stiff mesh tulle. Cute extra large attached bow that sits slightly angled at center rear. An absolutely darling dress ! It's very tiny please note measurements below.

CONDITION:
Excellent - There is one area in the stiff lining which has holes in it (see last photo) at the front of the dress. It does not affect the wearability of the dress.
