Here for your consideration is a nice vintage straw bucket hat with a big flower. The circumference is 20.25". This hat is tilted to the side . It seems to be made tilted and indented on the side where the flower is. I am not sure though as when worn it does pop back out. This is in very good condition and has no holes or wear to the straw.
