Amazing blue and green cotton wrap dress, no buttons or snaps or zippers, just a toga with arm holes. Really great detail with braided trim hand stitched. My grandmother was a tailoring professor and she often had dresses like this, creative “first projects” and she’d have her example piece and it’d be perfect just like this one.

Really no room for fudging the measurements, needs to be on the money or an inch or two smaller. Would be so adorable with a turtleneck and tights.
