A gorgeous 1960s true vintage black velvet pleated cloche style hat with a brim and small "stars" with a velvet back bow.

This lovely hat is real soft inky black velvet with tiny star or hounds tooth designs all over it. The small brim is wired and it can shaped as you wish.
It is pleated or "crushed" and has a bucket hat look.
A solid black real velvet band ends in a large bow in the back.
It is lined in black satin.

The crown is 5" high and the brim is 2" wide.

It will fit as shown if you have a smaller size head.
22 - 22 1/2" inside.

In very good near perfect condition. I see no flaws or damage.
