Very nice vintage Betmar Black Velvet Beret with a classic French style. Betmar was a high end brand sold in New York and Paris. Made with a lush black velvet includes the original tag and in very good vintage condition overall.

Interior measures 8" wide with a 6' opening and about 20" around. I would say should fit most small to medium size heads.
