Lovely 1960s black velvet dress with 3/4 length bell sleeves. The sleeves feature embroidered cut outs that look lacy. Easy to wear shift style. Pretty, softened square neckline. Metal zipper up the back. Fully lined. Very good condition. There is one small round spot on the front where the nap is a different texture and it shows up in certain lights. Vintage size 14.
