Sexy and unique loops of fabrics come down from the shoulders and cross over the bustline. empire waist. The body of the dress and jacket are made of a silky black velvet. Center back metal zipper. The jacket is a loose unconstructed fit with no closure. Short sleeves with turned up pointed cuff. The small collar is a stand up style with collar stays for shape. The jacket is lined in a white satin. The dress is unlined. Beautiful condition. Best fit would be a S/M, however, please see the measurements below for a proper fit.
