60's Black Straw Cloche Hat with Leather Band
Love this MOD 1960s hat in glossy black straw with tri-color patent leather band!. Wonderful, wide, turned-down brim - great for keeping the sun off your face. It measures 21" in circumference. The crown stands 4. 5" tall and the brim is 3 1/4" in front and 2" in back. Very good condition. A Miss Becky Hat.
