Bubble crown pillbox hat crafted in a black synthetic straw. Patterned high sheen raffia indented at the edge to create a band. Crown has a self button and some short narrow grosgrain streamers.

Interior is finished with a black grosgrain ribbon.

Inner circumference is 21 1/2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 187 inches.

Excellent condition showing no wear or age.

Label is Samuel Spigel of Roanoke VA, which was a high end department store.
