Black silk velvet wide brim hat with a bronzey gold colored semi swirl on the brim. This is a loose structured hat and is made of the softest velvet. Can be folded quite nicely for travel. The brim in front is larger than in the back. We think it's from the 1960s due to its construction and it's floppy nature but it may be older ( can look quite '40s-ish or even '20s ish ). There's a small water mark on the brim ( please see last photo ) but does not detract from the overall look of the hat. The velvet is in amazing condition for its age and is quite beautiful!
