Black crepe 1960's Cocktail Dress featuring carwash-style fringe over the skirt. This dress has crazy movement! Under-stated high neckline and fitted through the bodice. Silver rhinestone trim across the underbust/high waist The underskirt is a simple black sheath, but over that is shimmy-worthy crepe fringe. Adorable back with cut out and the center and a bow at the top neck and waist. Both bows are secured with metal snaps and hook and eyes. Metal zipper at the back. Lined in acetate.
