Professional construction with no design or manufacture label present. The hat is done in a semi-lustrous black raffia straw with a fine tulle netting wrap around the front of the crown. The tulle has a unique ombre gradient from dark gray, to light gray, to white, with a small black velvet bow in front. The hat is styled as a pillbox toque with an intended fit as shown, at the top rear crown of the head. Hair or hat pins are suggested to help ensure a proper and enduring placement.
