1960's vintage black pleated ruffle maxi gown. A real show stopper. Black fitted sleeveless bodice. Natural waist with belt loops. Thin black belt with gold buckle, I am not sure if its original to the dress but it works well. The entire skirt is tiers of micro-pleated black structured poly. There is plastic "wire" sewn in to create the ruffled curls. It's a structural marvel and very striking in person. Long nylon zipper up the back. No lining, but opaque.
