Shannon Rogers For Jerry Silverman's women’s fit and flare dress. Black with large white polka dot appliques. Metal zipper in back. The dress has small thin sewn in belt loops that could be easily taken off if not desired. The dress is lined and the main fabric feels like wool though I'm unsure of its contents. A really fun and unique dress.

Tag says size 12 but I'd say this dress fits like a medium
