This adorable 1960's dress features a skin tight black underlayer draped by a flowling layer of the softest black chiffon. Neckline features a cute white peter pan collar and bib.

By the glamour label Tee-Ca, known for amazing deisgns, this dress has some of the best construction I've seen from the 60's.

The dress closes with snaps and a hidden zipper.
