High fashion from the 1960's. Black wide weave cello straw pillbox hat accentuated with a large fringed center button in the indented crown. Interior is finished with the standard black grosgrain ribbon.

Inner circumference is 21 1/2 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 16 1/2 inches.

Excellent condition, appears like it was never worn.

Label is Miss Eileen and the store label is B. Forman Sons of Roanoke. B. Forman Co. was a retail store specializing primarily in hign-end women's clothing. Once the largest store of its kind between New York and Chicago, the company, founded by Benjamin Forman. The stores operated from 1911 until 1994.
