This looks as if it was barely if ever worn. The condition is really nice.

There is a wide black velvet empire bust band with completes in back with a cool buckle.

Ruffled hem and metal zipper which works great.

It is meant to wear as maxi I think but if tall it would drape great as a midi or ankle length with cool tall boots or laced up heels.

No tags and so please use measurements. I would guess will fit most small and medium sizes.

All measurements are taken flat back from seam to seam on bust ( pit to pit) waist and hips. The measurements are of the under dress. The bust has some extra room due to cut and darts and the waist can be cinched smaller.
