Vintage sundress with jacket from the late 1950's to early 1960's. Fabric is a very lightweight organza in shades of blue roses. Sleeveless sundress with a scoop neckline, set-in waist with matching fabric belt, full skirt and metal zipper back closing. The little waist length jacket has short raglan sleeves, underarm gussets and closes in the front with a row of pearl buttons.
The label is Jeanne D'Arc which was owned by L'Aiglon Apparel, Inc. First used in 1938 and ended shortly after 1969.
Excellent condition with only a little spot on the back of the skirt which I have photographed. Also the front of the belt has darkened a bit.
