If you are lucky enough to have a 22“ waist (too small for my mannequin) and prefer a pastel palette, this aqua wool tweed pencil skirt will not disappoint. The Evan-Picone fabric selection is a beautiful wool textile and the lovely stitched watch pocket adds a fine detail. The skirt closes on the side with a nylon zipper and two metal hooks on its thin waistband. Common during this time period is the skirt’s “back only” ¾ length lining panel.
