A lovely never worn, new with tags, 1960s vintage aqua or robins egg blue A line dress with a matching coat with short sleeves. A silk shantung look material.
It does have condition issues. See below.

This pretty dress and coat would make a beautiful vintage wedding dress, Mother of the bride dress or a cocktail dress.

The dress has short sleeves and an A line fit with darts, princess seams and it is knee length. A braided band is an extra detail just above the waist with buttons.
A collar less style. It is lined in a matching silky like fabric.
A long metal back zipper with long darts for fitting.

The matching coat has a mandarin type collar, shorter sleeves and the same princess and darting as the dress. It is lined.
It has 4 covered buttons and extra in the envelope.
It is fuller than the dress and larger.
Both are rayon and acetate to mimic silk.

The dress:
Bust - 36 inches
Waist - 34 inches
Hip - 38 inches
Shoulder - 15 inches
Body Length - 38 inches
It is too fit loose.

The coat:
Bust - 38 inches
Waist - 40 inches
Hips - 41 inches
Shoulders - 15 inches
Length - 40 inches.

Now the bad new. Even those the set was never worn with tags, the coat has issues from years of storage.
The coat:
2 spots on the back collar area, fading on the left side, and ageing along the hem.
Slight fade on the shoulders.

The dress:
This is in very good condition. Only some aging along the hem in spots.
The coat protected the dress.
It is still a nice piece to restore, for a photo shoot or costuming or to copy.
