Stunning circa 1960s Fred Perlberg Originals brand aqua blue sleeveless empire waist dress with bow tie details at waist and a chiffon layered skirt

In great vintage condition, light discoloration at underarms, very faint staining on chiffon ( should come out super easily) and a small pull on chiffon at front near waist, please see photos, these are very minor and are hardly noticeable.
