Such a fabulous 1960s cocktail dress - and it's a Shaheen! The dress has the classic cheongsam styling that was westernized for tourists back in the 1930s - mandarin collar, short sleeves, diagonal upper bodice opening accented with fabric fasteners. The dress is fitted to the body with a series of darts with a body-conscious silhouette. The skirt has 6" side seam slits at the hem, also detailed with self-fabric fasteners.
