Fantastic vintage late 60s or 1970s bold floral maxi. Bodice is like a t-shirt cut, v neck in nylon or poly (thicker, not thin) and skirt is cotton or blend, similar to barkcloth. Wide tie belt (sash) could also be used as head scarf and add another belt.
