Vintage late 60s/ early 70s baby blue smocked flutter sleeve maxi dress with mock neck and ecru lace trim details. Perfect spring/summer dress! No labels but feels like a light, sheer cotton or cotton blend exterior layer, which is fully lined but for the sleeves. Back zip and hook and eye enclosure.
