60s-70s Victorian-Inspired Off-White Ruffle Neck Blouse with Peplum

-Handmade puff shoulder blouse with large ruffle collar trimmed in lace

-Elastic waistband with peplum in smocked & crochet fabric

-Keyhole button closure at back of collar

-Fabric has a neat slightly nubby, gauzy texture, and is very airy and semi-sheer. Could be cotton or a cotton/poly blend

-No tags, seems homemade

-Would work for a modern XS-M

-19. 5" bust / 17" across elastic hem (stretches up to 19") / 15" shoulder to shoulder / 22" long

-Overall good condition, there is a very faint blue thread woven into the fabric by the left shoulder that is pictured (which kind of looks like a pen mark) but it's hardly noticeable. As well as a tiny beige colored mark, also pictured. The item was hand washed, but it's possible it could still come out with another treatment.
