This blouse by Leslie J has such a pretty design which reminds me of buds on a tree. The color is like a violet blue. I think the material is a polyester blend. It is quite stretchy. Hand washable. Tagged a vintage size 11/12 however it seems to fit a modern 8/10. It is in nice condition. It had been hemmed at one point but I took the hem out and thankfully the shirt was not cut at all and it is back to how it was made!

Measurements while shirt is laying flat and buttoned:
-Across chest underarm to underarm 18" stretches to 22"
-Across waist 17" stretches to 21"
-Sleeve length underarm to end of cuff 17"
-Length from top of shoulder near neck 28"
