This dress is just to die for! It is late 60s early 70s and is made of a plush snakeskin printed velvet. The dress has a (neckline) that has a cut out that is quite plunging. There is a small triangle of fabric that can be removed if you want to show more skin. The dress has wonderful wide bell sleeves. The dress has a ruched attached belt that cinches in the waist. The dress has a fun overskirt that hangs down past the knees with a slit up the front. There are two large pockets in the overskirt, one on each side, and the straight mini skirt underneath. The dress is wonderfully made. It is home-made but is meticulously finished and is fully lined in a super soft white cotton with the overskirt being lined in brown cotton. There is a waist tape inside the bodice and a metal zipper up the back. The belt has 4 hooks and eyes to secure it.

Condition:

The dress is in great condition with only one thing to note. The overskirt is attached at the waist and there is a slit in the back on the overskirt where the zipper goes further down the dress This area is easy to tear and has been repaid in the past. It is not noticeable and is just something to be careful with when undressing. The dress has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
