This blouse is from the late 1960s/1970s! It has gorgeous details including a ruffle collar with velvet trim, sheer balloon sleeves, and hand smocked sleeve cuffs with even more ruffle! It zips up on the back of the neck and has an eyelet closure as well. It is all black material, the torso feels like polyester. I can't be sure but definitely synthetic! No tags to indicate materials or size because it is most likely hand made so please see the measurements below to ensure a good fit!
