60s/70s Romantic Princess Cream Chiffon Wedding Gown Train$400.00
This is just a gorgeous late 60s early 70s wedding gown that is so romantic and gives off medieval princess vibes. It is made of a light fluttery cream chiffon. The gown has a high neck that is decorated in beautiful tatted style lace that has a satin ribbon running through it and is adorned with matching little flowers at the center. The dress is an empire waist, and down the front, there is a pleated chiffon bib with faux buttons running to the waistline. The bib is trimmed in matching lace as to the collar and the sleeves also have lace adornments. The sleeves on this gown are truly to die for. They are gigantic pleated Juliet sleeves and are made of two layers of chiffon and have pointed cuffs that snap at the wrist. The skirt of the gown is simple and is an A-line with a medium-length train. The hem of the skirt also has the matching lace and is also stiffened with a horsehair braid to help keep its shape and lay flat when walking. There is a hand strap on the underside of the train so that it can be held up when walking or dancing. The gown is fully lined in a nylon taffeta and has a metal zipper up the back with hooks and eyes at the neck and a snap at the waistline to help hide the zipper. There is a dry clean only tag on the dress, otherwise, it is unlabeled.
Condition:
The dress is in fantastic condition with no flaws to note. It has been professionally hand laundered and is ready to wear.
