VIntage D'Vers NY Rhinestone necklace with fold-over and lock fastener.

Lovely round feature with two "fringe" pieces.

Necklace measures 15 inches long.
"Flower" feature measures 3 inches long including double rhinestone and about 3/4ths of an inch wide not counting fringe. With fringe it is 2 inches long.

Rhinestones still have spark and are even in tone- if you move them around you can see a slight difference but nothing that distracts.
