Romantica By Victor Costa's women’s purple dress. This dress has never been worn, and still has original tags attached. It has a plunging neckline, that can be made higher with hooks and eyes inside the neckline. It has a beaded waistline with white "pearls" and rhinestones. The fabric is 85% arnel acetate and 15% nylon.
