Late 60s or early 70s flutter sleeve maxi dress. No tags, looks to be home sewn. Fabric is polyester with a mod psychedelic abstract print in colors of: neon yellow and blue, bright turquoise, electric orange, hot pink, black and white. Dress has a V neck with attached ties below the bust to form an empire waist when tied in back. Adorable short flutter sleeve dress flares out to hem with 6" ruffle and is mid calf to ankle length, depending on your height. Short 8" zipper in back, so best to pull over head. Will fit a wide range of sizes because the tie is adjustable. Groovy vintage maxi dress with a print that will definitely brighten your outlook!
