Lovely vintage dress! Likely handmade, circa 60's or 70's. Great condition, best fit an smaller size see measurements. Large bell sleeves with fringe hem. A vibrant red and green plaid with goldish thin lines to define print. Raw fringe like hems and cuff area. Super Sexy yet conservative. Go from office to cocktails by adding a pair of sexy strappy shoes or boots. I have some amazing 60's deadstock shoes I will be listing soon and a couple of great red leather low heels from same era that will be great for fall or winter wear.
